Partners in Wellbeing offer a suite of free services to assist small businesses during challenging times. These services include wellbeing coaching, small business coaching, personal support, financial counselling, business advisory and veterans coaching.
In today’s fast paced world, personal wellbeing seems to be forgotten, however wellbeing has never been more important.
Partners in Wellbeing’s Coaches and Financial Counselors can assist with:
Partners in Wellbeing assist in keeping clients connected in times of stress, assisting to identify community supports and strategies.
The highly qualified coaches use an evidence- based approach to provide tactics which are proven to improve wellbeing and mental health.
This community-based organisation has partnerships across many organisations offering clients quick referral times with seamless, continuous support.
This supportive organisation has the option of a free one-off chat, or if needed, more continuous support will be offered.
Working one-to-one with a Partners in Wellbeing Coach, you will be able to identify what is causing you stress and anxiety.
Once triggers and challenges are identified, working with a Partners in Wellbeing Business Coach, support services and new business strategies will be put in place.
These support services enable clients to work towards a positive path forward for their business and mental health.
To be eligible for Partners In Wellbeing Coaching you need:
Connecting with Partners in Wellbeing for small business support, you will be exposed to personal support, financial counselling and a business advisory service, all free of charge.
Overseeing staff and their wellbeing can add to personal stress. Partners in Wellbeing provide financial support, debt reconciliation and wellbeing strategies to lead your team, support them, and improve the overall situation.
Small business owners have been living in a constant state of stress and uncertainty since the COVID19 pandemic began.
Current uncertain times of snap lockdowns and business closures have caused many businesses to close and those who remain open, in high levels of stress, fatigue and worry.
Partners in Wellbeing offer a safe, confidential and supportive environment with professionals who can assist clients in times of stress. Together, supportive pathways will be identified.
Clients can contact this organisation personally or refer a business owner they believe needs assistance.
Many business owners are reluctant to reach out for help, however, in such extraordinary times, reaching out to this free service will relieve stress and improve circumstances. In a recent article in the courier, we hear more about how these services can have positive impacts on business.
