1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in events organized by the Victorian Small Business Network (VSBN). By booking an event through our website (vsbn.com.au), you agree to these terms.

2. Booking and Attendance

• Commitment to Attend: Booking an event indicates your intention to attend.
• No-Show Policy: If you do not attend the event without prior notice, you forfeit the booking. No refunds or reschedules will be provided.

3. Cancellations and Reschedules

• Notice Period: If you notify us at least five (5) working days before the event, you may transfer your booking to another event of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than five (5) working days before the event are not eligible for refunds or reschedules.

4. Photography and Videography Consent

Event Recording: Please note that photographs and videos may be taken during our events to help promote the wonderful VSBN community through our website, social media, and other marketing channels.

• Consent: By booking and attending an event, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of being photographed or filmed.
• Opt-Out: If you have any concerns regarding photography or videography, you must notify us prior to booking the event by contacting us directly.

5. Event Changes and Cancellations by VSBN

• Right to Modify or Cancel: VSBN reserves the right to change or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Refunds for Cancellations: If VSBN cancels an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another event.

6. Compliance with Australian Consumer Law
